Approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm and inviting, and I see my role as therapist as a compassionate guide in your inner journey.  I count on my ability to form a relationship with you to be instrumental in the success of therapy.  We are multi-dimensional, contextual beings and I work from the perspective that emotional wellness comes when all parts of us are seen as vital and important  parts of the whole.  I strive to create a safe,  non-judgmental space where together we create a new narrative about who you are.   Change becomes possible when our perceptions begin to shift about ourselves in relation to others.
